 Blog 8 Employment and Advocacy for ones own job

This past week I got observed by Vermont VABIR with Abled and on Air

A business organization that focuses on people with special needs and Employment

Sometimes when you least expect it God tells you to finish what you started

30 years ago I got an opportunity at Bronxnet Television a Bronx TV station at News 67 a news show a Gentleman Named JJ Gonsolez who was the Former News Reporter and director of Channel 2 news in NYC was a professor at Lehman  College he said to me ok here is a camera a microphone go get me a story 

I wanted to do stories about us those stories eventually became a produced show called Special People Special Issues with longer interviews

Fast forward 30 years later

I started Executive producing Abled and on Air

The story is not done 

This reporter is not finished

As a challenged person we must never give up on what we want

So what ever industry you want create

Don't sit idling and doing nothing

Half the people I know in Vermont just sit home and do nothing 

If we sit home and do nothing lots of things can happen or not happen create your own job

If someone won't hire you

Paint.create do a show you never know where it  will lead

It's called absolute laziness not doing anything to contribute

God has lots of Lemonade in store for all to enjoy It depends what flavor you want

Just do it as NIKE says

Let it pour into a glass

 New year new you We are not Retards Hello Again Readers As we go into this new year 2024 Forget about the past but we can't however the past teaches us about how to get stronger with the future the future is not so bleak as it seems  We get so.
