The Police Departments around the nation need to not Taze or shoot People with disabilities and Special needs

Recently in Chicago Illinois a African American Boy 11years old  autistic  was tazed due to due to Mistaken Identity Back in The 

1950s Emmett Till Was Lynched due to Supposed Whistling at someone's  wife

I know Emmett Till was not disabled but sometimes color plays in as a disability

When are police going to stop and smell the coffee and get better training when dealing with people with disabilities.

When are the Police going to stop  treating people of color Horribly and  interacting  equally and with equality

Badges need to not be a symbol of power

Police need to step off the job if you cannot handle the Job

I hear NYC Sanitation gives 60,000

Starting salary and you don't carry a gun unless your sanitation police.

Please stop and take training at your academy when dealing with people with special needs 

Vermont's Washington County Mental Health Pairs up a social worker and police officer Called Team Two

When a person is in crisis and an Officer has to come to the door to help in a crisis 

Other states and police systems should follow suit

If your in crisis please call your local mental Health Agency
