As we open a new chapter there are old books still open The Housing situation and homeless situation is a big problem all over the world

One of the things I do not like is something called a housing lottery

You draw a number and if your number comes up you get a home it's as simple as that and landlords especially of new constructed buildings set a side  a certain number of housing possibly 50 to 60 units for subsidized housing like the recent new Year report by Channel 2 news in NYC about Bronx Land lords

Housing is a problem 

Personally we need to have more housing pop and also possibly have less greedy land lords

I understand land lords need to make money but if landlords would stop charging thousands and thousands for rent then maybe things will be better and we wouldn't have a huge homeless population

Secondly if Organizations like Housing and Urban Development Hud which is a government agency that gives subsidized apartments wouldn't give apartments that were cookie cutter in nature 

Cookie cutter means Cabinets looking the same etc. And give people with disabilities space to live and larger apartments you wouldn't have  people moving out so fast

If The NYC Housing Authority would also get there act together

No elevators that smell like fecal matter and urine

People are not like animals

Said in the Scene with Morgan Freeman as Joe Clark in the first staff meeting to maintenance staff and other staff 

Clean up those Cages in the Cafeteria you treat them like animals that's exactly how they will behave 

Which holds True

Treat people like you would  want your family to be treated

If your family gives you a plate of great food then why can't land lords do the same thing 

No more greed you get rid of the greed you get  rid of homeless it's as simple as that

 New year new you We are not Retards Hello Again Readers As we go into this new year 2024 Forget about the past but we can't however the past teaches us about how to get stronger with the future the future is not so bleak as it seems  We get so.
